We provide a Concierge program for (Sister Hotel name or similar hotel flag name) at no charge to the hotel! (GM/POC name at the sister or similar hotel) is using the Digital and Printed Personal Concierge Map to provide his/her guests with recommendations of preferred shopping, dining and entertainment venues.  The Personal Concierge Map also showcases your Hotel Amenities and a map of the area.

We would love to customize a Digital and Printed Personal Concierge Map program for (Hotel name that you are writing to).  Listed below, with examples from (your sister property or similar hotel), are the many ways the program can benefit you and your guests all at no charge!

1- We will provide you with a short URL that will link to your customized page on our website: (include the sister or similar hotel link)

This can be text messaged or emailed to your guests when they check in or before they arrive to showcase your Hotel Amenities as well as your preferred shopping, dining and entertainment venues.

2- We will provide you with a QR Code that will link to your customized page on our website:

3- We will provide you with Business cards that include the links for you to issue at the time of check-in with the Guest’s Key Card: (use sister or similar hotel QR Card image)
