Policy for Hotel Room Cancellations

Once a hotel room has been reserved it will be the MRA’s responsibility to notify Missy and/or the hotel at least 24 business hours* in advance if you need to cancel a reservation for any reason.   If we don’t give 24 business hours notice, the hotel may charge us for the room.  If you contact the hotel directly, please email Missy to let her know who you spoke with and the date and time  so that she can update Zoho.

*If you’re notifying the hotel directly, 24 clock hours is sufficient. If you are notifying Missy so that she can change the reservation, 24 business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 will apply.
