Hi, this is [your name] regarding the Hilton, may I speak with the owner or the General Manager about sending business to you from the hotel?

Great, who am I speaking with?

Hi [name], we’re updating the Concierge program at the Hilton and would love to include the Candlelight Diner.  The Personal Concierge is offered to about 5,000 guests per month by the Guest Service Staff when they check in. If you’d like more business from the Hilton I could pop in for 5 minutes to show you how we can include you. Would you like to meet today or tomorrow?

Yes/maybe

That sounds good. Let’s work around your busy times, is before lunch or after better for you?

No

That’s okay, I appreciate you being upfront with me. But may I ask, why wouldn’t you be interested in all that business from the Hilton?

Is there a cost

There is a nominal annual cost to help cover the production and printing but you’ll get that back quick with the increased business.
