Training Begins

     1. Send your Team Leader an ‘Invitation email’ as if they were “Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse”

     2. Your Team Leader will respond with instructions to call

     3. Call at a predetermined time/day to practice the phone script (set the appointment only- this is not the time to make a presentation)

Time To Make $$

     1. Receive your first assignment and start the Steps to Success process

     2. Create a list of 100 quality, upscale businesses close to the hotel using….

     3. Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Chamber sites, etc. (Start with the big fish not the dives)

     4. Send Invitation emails to everyone on your list

     5. Follow up with phone calls to set presentation appointments within 24-48 hours of sending emails

     6. Book 6+ appointments per day and the momentum will fire you up, and put a lot of $$$$ in your pocket

     7. Go back to step 3 & 4 and repeat until you’re sold out

     8. If you’re not closing at least 1 out of 2 appointments STOP and call your Team Leader for coaching
