Thank you for taking care of the guests from the Hilton Minneapolis Downtown! The hotel has been recommending Business Name to thousands of guests each month through their Personal Concierge program. We are updating the piece and would love to continue sending all of this business to you over the next year. I have attached a letter from Prashant Behl’s, Director of Front Office Operations thanking you for supporting their program and taking care of the guests they send you.
As you may recall the Personal Concierge is issued to the guests by the Guest Services/Concierge Staff highlighting the hotel amenities/floor plan, who they recommend, and a map showing how to get to you. Being handed directly to the guest by the staff makes it much more effective than other collateral material just lying around. The Hilton has been newly renovated and because its connected to the Convention Center and steps from the Target Center it sells out frequently. That’s why we need a variety of venues for the guests to enjoy.
As a courtesy we are offering the opportunity to all of the existing sponsors before allowing new businesses to participate. I’m hoping to catch up with you for 5 minutes on Monday or Tuesday to reserve your position and note any changes you would like for next year.
