Hi [name], we’re updating the Concierge program at the Hilton and would love to include the [business name].  The Personal Concierge is offered to about [dbl occ] guests per month by the Guest Service Staff when they check in. If you’d like more business from the Hilton I could pop in for 5 minutes to show you how we can include you. Would you like to meet today or tomorrow?

Yes/maybe

That sounds good. Let’s work around your busy times is before lunch or after better for you?

No

That’s okay, I appreciate you being upfront with me. But may I ask, why wouldn’t you be interested in all that business from the [hotel]?

Is there a cost

There is a nominal annual cost to help cover the production and printing but you’ll get that back quick with the increased business.
